Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We offer Standard and Expedited shipping options:
- Standard: 2–7 business days depending on your location
- Expedited: Varies by carrier and selection at checkout
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 (U.S. only).
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking info to update.
If your package is marked "Delivered" but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
We’re here to help! Contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos and a video of the package and contents as you received them. This helps us assess the situation quickly.
Pre-orders ship once the product is officially released. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be held until all items are available — unless you placed separate orders.
We currently do not split orders by default. To get your in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:
- Pre-ordered items (sales are final)
- No Shrink booster boxes (primarily Japanese TCG products)
- Single cards (including graded cards)
- Sale or clearance items
- Digital items or codes
Yes — but to be eligible, you must record a video of your unboxing as proof. This helps prevent fraudulent returns. Please contact us immediately upon receiving a damaged or incorrect item.
We do not accept returns for manufacturer defects such as:
- Dents, dings, or folds on packaging
- Minor rips or scuffs in shrink wrap
- Any other packaging imperfections
These are common with mass-produced TCG items and do not affect the cards inside.
Yes! All sealed TCG accessories (binders, sleeves, protectors, etc.) are eligible for return if they meet the condition requirements.
We only offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Email us at studiomochecollectibles@gmail.com with your order number and issue details.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If so, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Yes:
- 4% restocking fee applies to all returned items (unless defective/incorrect)
- 4% restocking fee also applies to all order cancellations
- Orders over $100 are always subject to the 4% restocking fee
Orders can only be canceled before the shipping label is created. Once it’s processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
All pre-orders are final and non-refundable. By placing a pre-order, you agree to:
- Immediate payment to reserve your item
- No cancellations once the order is placed
- Possible delays due to manufacturer changes
- Full refund if your item can't be fulfilled due to supply issues
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance.

Product restocks
Restocks vary depending on product availability from our suppliers. Popular items are usually restocked every 1–3 weeks, while limited or discontinued items may not return once sold out.
Yes! On the product page you're looking for specifically, subscribe via the "Notify me when available" button to be informed right away when that product is restocked and ready for purchase.
Absolutely. Both shrink-wrapped and No Shrink items are regularly restocked, depending on what’s available from our Japanese and Korean distributors.
Some high-demand products sell out within minutes. We recommend signing up for restock alerts and checking our site or socials regularly so you don’t miss out.
Currently, we do not offer pre-orders for restocks. If a product is coming back soon, we’ll update the listing with an estimated restock date or send notifications to subscribers.
If a product is labeled “Discontinued”, it’s unlikely to return. Otherwise, there’s a good chance we’ll restock — especially for recent or ongoing sets.

No Shrink Products (Japan)
“No Shrink” means the trading card products are sold without factory shrink wrap. This is common for many Japanese releases and is often done for easier distribution or display in stores.
Yes! All our “No Shrink” products are 100% authentic and factory new. They come directly from authorized distributors.
Japanese manufacturers like Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, or Weiss Schwarz sometimes ship products unsealed to hobby shops for marketing or stocking purposes. This is a standard practice in Japan and doesn't affect the authenticity.
Absolutely. The packs and cards inside are untouched, and you receive the same number of booster packs and promotional items as listed for the product.
Not at all. The cards are still factory-packed inside booster packs. Pull rates are not altered, and the cards are in mint condition as expected.
Due to the nature of trading card products, all sales are final on No Shrink items. However, if there's an issue with shipping damage or missing items, please contact us and we’ll help you out.
Yes — No Shrink products are widely accepted by collectors, especially for Japanese sets. If you're collecting sealed boxes specifically for display, we recommend checking the product descriptions carefully.
All boxes undergo standard authenticity checks. These checks include testing the cardboard tear-strip, examining for any signs of bending or folding indicating prior opening, and assessing the weight and feel of the box's contents.
No Shrink Products (Korea)
Like Japanese versions, “No Shrink” means the Korean trading card products are not sealed in plastic shrink wrap. This is a normal practice for Korean TCGs and doesn’t affect authenticity or quality.
Starting with Scarlet & Violet era, Korean booster boxes no longer come sealed in plastic shrink wrap. Instead, they will have a security sticker on both top and bottom of the box.
Yes! All Korean TCG boxes we carry, shrink-wrapped or not, are factory new and authentic, sourced from official Korean distributors.
Most Korean trading card game products, are never shrink-wrapped at the factory. This is standard for the Korean market and does not indicate tampering.
Yes. All booster packs inside the box are factory-sealed, and the contents are identical to what you'd find in a shrink-wrapped product in other regions.
Korean cards are a popular choice for collectors on a budget and for players who enjoy the artwork or want to practice with cheaper boxes. However, they may not be tournament-legal in all regions, so be sure to check if that matters to you.
